SHIPPING POLICY
UK Policy

All UK orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days, using the Royal Mail service and will be sent tracked, requiring a signature upon delivery. Please allow 2 - 4 working days for delivery after dispatch. Where free shipping is available, this will be clearly stated during checkout. Orders made Monday - Friday will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
Orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and dispatched the following working day (excluding bank holidays).
While every effort will be made to ensure delivery times are met, Silk Bubs cannot be held responsible for delays by third parties.

International Policy

All international orders are dispatched using the Royal Mail Service and will be sent tracked with a signature required upon delivery.

Europe - £11.95, 3 - 5 working days
North America - £20.00, 7 - 10 working days
Rest of the world - £30.00, 7 - 10 working days
If you do not receive your order after this time please contact us directly using the 'Contact Us' form.
Depending on the destination of delivery, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. Where applicable these will be payable by you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (including all tags and labels). Your item must also be in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if these aren't met.
To inform us of your intention to refund please use the 'Contact Us' form and put 'Refund' in the subject line including your reason for refund in the message. We will then respond to you within 24 hours to provide a return form for your item. Please complete the form thoroughly and include it in your return package; We will not be able to track and process your return without this.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Please ensure that when sending back your items you do so with tracking and obtain proof of postage.
Silk Bubs will not accept responsibility for packages lost in transit
